Exemption of liability and assumption of risk:
I acknowledge that my participation in the ADDA’s audition may involve the risk of an accident (muscle tearing, bone fracture, etc.) I hereby release ADDA Advance Dance Institute Barcelona from any liability in connection with any injuries I may suffer as a result of my participation and my performance during the audition, including the loss of any accessory, equipment or personal belongings.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Information contained in this form and any attachments may be privileged or confidential and intended for the exclusive use by ADDA Advance Dance Institute Barcelona and affiliates. Only persons who require this information for the purposes of performing their duties will have access to it information on adda processing of personal data in the form of photographs, video and audio.
The candidate could be photographed/filmed/recorded on behalf of ADDA. The photos/recordings may be used in both printed and digital form, in various channels where ADDA disseminates information about its activities. The participant consents to ADDA storing, processing and publishing photos/video/audio recordings taken of the Participant on the occasion in question, in both printed and digital form, for the purpose of disseminating information on ADDA’s activities.
The photos/recordings are intended to be published online, in information material, etc. The use of electronic equipment such as camera, smartphone, tablet or any other device to record or take pictures of the audition in part or in whole is strictly forbidden,unless prior authorization has been given by ADDA’s representative.
