    Pre-Professional Program

With a physical base in Barcelona and a global vision, we offer dancers a solid and confident entry into the professional world.

Our three-year Pre-Professional Program offers a unique training focusing on three core pillars: technical, artistic, and psycho-emotional development in dance.

Running from September to June, the program is flexible to individual needs, with auditions tailored to place dancers at the appropriate level. Participants can enroll for 1, 2, or 3 years.

Designed for dancers aged 17 to 23 with an international outlook, the program attracts aspiring students and professional artists from all over the world. Through our global network and innovative training, we prepare dancers to reach their highest potential and jump into the professional dance world —by joining companies, undertaking diverse projects, or pursuing advanced studies. A diploma is awarded upon completion of the third year.

The new management of subjects ensures each dancer maximizes their development and gets the most of the training journey. Alongside monthly week-long workshops and master classes with international guest artists. In-house residencies and creation processes are vital learning experiences for our dancers, fostering both networking opportunities and professional growth.

    From September
    to June

In a typical week Monday to Friday, depending on the level, dancers train for about 6.5 hours a day, either in morning or afternoon shifts. Some weeks are dedicated exclusively to classes taught by our core staff, while others focus on workshops, creations, rehearsals, or preparing for performances. Every student takes part in productions, collaborating with various choreographers to deepen their experience.

Our program offers not only high-quality technical training but also personalized coaching and mentoring. We are committed to the holistic development of each dancer—artistically, physically, and emotionally. Through one-on-one guidance, we help students become independent and well-rounded dancers, nurturing both their creative spirit and personal growth.

At ADDA, we have created a positive and supportive environment, a place where dancers can grow both as artists and individuals. We are committed to providing a nurturing space where students feel encouraged, motivated, and well-cared for. We believe that a positive atmosphere is essential for creativity and personal development. By fostering an environment of mutual respect and encouragement, dancers are free to explore their potential, push their boundaries, and gain confidence in their abilities. ADDA is a place where dancers can challenge themselves, collaborate with others.

“Dance training has not always been approached in a physically and mentally healthy way; that’s why I’m so excited to hear that ADDA is committed to training the total dancer with an emphasis on healthy work environments and looking forward to being a part of it.”
