Discovery Program
From October to May, this 8-months intensive program helps dancers develop the technical skills needed for a pre-professional setting. With personalized mentoring, we focus on both technique and artistic/emotional growth, preparing you for advanced studies.
Pre-Professional Program (3 years)
Running from September to June, this program refines advanced skills and prepares you for a professional dance career. Each course spans 10-months and you can join for 1, 2, or 3 years based on your audition placement.
Classes are taught in English.
Yes, ballet is taught every day. Refining ballet technique is a fundamental aspect of our training. Having strong technique is essential — today’s dance industry demands versatile artists with a solid foundation in ballet. We prepare you to succeed in auditions, including those for contemporary companies, where a ballet class is a mandatory part of the selection process. Training at a high level in both ballet and contemporary dance develops stronger, more adaptable dancers, fully equipped for any career path they choose in the future.
Even though our program is dedicated to a contemporary career path, dancers who wish to maintain and train pointe work to add versatility to their training can join a weekly pointe class focused on neoclassical technique. Those not pursuing pointe during that time participate in other classes such as technique refinement or improvisation.
Pre-Professional Program Outcome
Our dancers are prepared for auditions across various styles, spanning neoclassical to contemporary and experimental work. We emphasize individual needs, desires, and help each dancer discover their unique path.
Discovery Program Outcome
Our program helps dancers develop the skills needed to reach that next level, preparing them for success in a pre-professional environment.
Upon completion, you'll receive a Diploma of Participation and Concept Assimilation of proficiency from ADDA.
We assist in finding accommodation by connecting students to explore housing options together or guiding them to suitable choices.
ADDA's Pre-Professional program spans three years, providing a comprehensive and structured curriculum. While the standard duration is three years, participants have options to extend or tailor the program to suit specialized training or personal circumstances. Join for 1, 2, or 3 years based on your audition placement.

ADDA does not offer financial aid or scholarship programs for participants.
ADDA provides stage performance opportunities to familiarize participants with the experience necessary for company work.
ADDA is committed to individualized career mentoring for each dancer. There are a minimum of three individualized mentoring sessions throughout the year, and our team is available at any time for conversations to shape your dance journey.
ADDA conducts mock auditions during the program to simulate and prepare participants for actual auditions.
All fees, including the audition, registration, and tuition fees, and summer intensive fee are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness, injury, personal decisions, visa denials, or unexpected events. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
What is the €50 audition/application fee for?
The €50 audition/application fee is paid in order to apply for and participate in ADDA’s audition process, either online or in person.
This fee covers the administrative handling of the application, the review of the candidate’s materials, and/or participation in the audition process.
The audition/application fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the candidate is accepted, not accepted, placed on a waiting list, withdraws from the process, or later decides not to enroll.
What is the €1,500 place reservation fee for?
Once a candidate has successfully passed the audition process and has been offered a place by ADDA, a €1,500 place reservation fee is required to accept and reserve that place.
The same fee applies to current ADDA students who are offered progression from one course/year to the next and wish to reserve their place for the following academic year.
The place reservation fee is not a refundable deposit or a simple advance payment for future classes. It is paid to reserve the student’s place, remove that place from availability to other candidates, and confirm the student within the relevant program, level, year, or group.
Once the place has been reserved, the fee has fulfilled its purpose and is non-refundable, except where cancellation is made by ADDA or where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
What is the annual tuition fee for?
The annual tuition fee corresponds to the student’s confirmed place for the academic year as a whole. It is not a monthly, termly, semester-based, or attendance-based fee.
The annual tuition fee may be paid either in one full payment or in two payments, where this payment plan has been accepted by ADDA.
Once the annual tuition fee has been paid in full, or once the first payment of the two-payment plan has been made, the student’s place is formally confirmed for the academic year.
What happens if a student decides not to attend after accepting a place?
If a student withdraws after the place reservation fee has been paid, the place reservation fee is not refundable.
If the student withdraws after the annual tuition fee has been paid in full, or after the first payment of the two-payment plan has been made, any annual tuition payment or amount already paid is also non-refundable, except where ADDA cancels the program or where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
What if the student accepts another school, company, university, program, or professional opportunity?
We fully understand that students may receive other opportunities. However, accepting another opportunity does not change the payment and enrollment terms already accepted.
Once ADDA has reserved and confirmed a place for a student, that place has been held for them and removed from availability to other candidates.
What if the student is injured, becomes ill, or cannot attend for personal reasons?
Injury, illness, medical condition, visa issues, travel difficulties, family circumstances, financial circumstances, or any other personal circumstances affecting the student do not, under any circumstances, give rise to a right to a refund of any amounts paid.
However, where the circumstances justify it and ADDA considers it appropriate, ADDA may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to do so, offer the student a deferral of their studies to a later academic year or any other academic or administrative arrangement it considers reasonable.
What if the student pays the annual tuition fee in two payments?
The two-payment plan is only a payment facility for the annual tuition fee.
It does not convert the annual tuition fee into separate termly, semester-based, or monthly services, nor does it create a right to cancel the academic year after the first payment.
ADDA may, in exceptional cases and at its discretion, waive a future unpaid payment. However, this does not affect ADDA’s right to retain amounts already paid.
What if there is a waiting list or another student could take the place?
The possible existence of a waiting list or another candidate does not create a right to refund.
The place reservation fee and annual tuition commitment arise from the reservation and confirmation of the student’s place at the time of acceptance. Once that reservation and confirmation have taken place, the relevant fees have fulfilled their purpose according to the accepted terms.
What happens in case of pandemic, public health emergency, government restrictions, or force majeure?
If external circumstances beyond ADDA’s control affect the program, ADDA may make reasonable adjustments to preserve the continuity of training. These may include online classes, hybrid training, rescheduling, changes of venue, replacement teachers, or other equivalent arrangements.
Such adaptations do not automatically constitute cancellation of the program or create an automatic right to refund.
