    Pre-Professional Program

With a physical base in Barcelona and a global vision, we offer dancers a solid and confident entry into the professional world.

Our Pre-Professional Training Program is an exclusive, comprehensive dance course structured in 10-month cycles, focusing on three core pillars: technical, artistic, and psycho-emotional development in dance.

Dancers can choose to extend their training up to 3 years, depending on their level and personal goals. The program’s flexible structure allows dancers to start at the right level for their experience, with plenty of opportunities to progress through multiple cycles. This ensures that each dancer maximizes their growth and gets the most out of their training journey.

Designed for dancers aged 17 to 23 with an international outlook, the program attracts aspiring students and professional artists from all over the world. Through our global network and innovative training, we prepare dancers to reach their highest potential and thrive in the professional dance industry. By collaborating closely with Aleix Martinez and ManNera Dance Company, ADDA platform offers a variety of projects that enrich the student experience and align with our educational philosophy and objectives.

In a typical week Monday to Friday, depending on the level, dancers train for about 6.5 hours a day, either in morning or afternoon shifts. Some weeks are dedicated exclusively to classes taught by our core staff, while others focus on workshops, creations, rehearsals, or preparing for performances. Every student takes part in productions, collaborating with various choreographers to deepen their experience.

Our program offers not only high-quality technical training but also personalized coaching and mentoring. We are committed to the holistic development of each dancer—artistically, physically, and emotionally. Through one-on-one guidance, we help students become independent and well-rounded dancers, nurturing both their creative spirit and personal growth.

At ADDA, we have created a positive and supportive environment, a place where dancers can grow both as artists and individuals. We are committed to providing a nurturing space where students feel encouraged, motivated, and well-cared for. We believe that a positive atmosphere is essential for creativity and personal development. By fostering an environment of mutual respect and encouragement, dancers are free to explore their potential, push their boundaries, and gain confidence in their abilities. ADDA is a place where dancers can challenge themselves, collaborate with others.
